All products purchased from this website come with a 1-Year Free Warranty. We cover manufacturing defects and performance issues to ensure your HiFi experience remains uninterrupted.
Warranty Service Process & Solutions
We will initiate contact with you to diagnose the issue remotely, then provide a tailored repair solution.
Repair Solutions
1.Remote Part Replacement If we determine the issue can be resolved by sending replacement parts, we will cover all costs for parts, shipping, and associated taxes.
2.In-Shop Repair (China Service Center) If we determine the product requires in-shop repair, you will be responsible for shipping the product to our China service center. We will cover the cost of repair, replacement parts, and return shipping (including taxes) from China to your delivery address once repairs are complete.
Warranty Eligibility
1.Products purchased directly from this website, within the 1-year warranty period. (Paid repair services are available for products exceeding the warranty period)
2.Communication must be initiated using the email address associated with your order, and you must provide your original order number.
3.You must provide a detailed description of the issue and cooperate with our initial remote verification process.
4.Products with evidence of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for free warranty repair, but paid repair services are available.
Paid Repair Services
For users who did not purchase directly from this website, we recommend seeking after-sales support or repair through your original point of purchase (e.g., AliExpress, eBay).
If your original purchase channel declines repair, or you wish to request repair through this website:
